OPPO A7 is announced: Snapdragon 450, water droplet screen, 4320mAh battery

Today OPPO has officially announced the latest OPPO A7 on the website for the Sri Lankan region. 

The OPPO A7 features a 6.2-inch HD-resolution screen. The screen also follows the trend of water drops like the OPPO F9 but has a thicker "lower chin". The screen on the A7 will have a ratio of 89.35%, while anti-reflective coating will increase the brightness of the machine to 35%. In addition, the backlight low voltage will reduce the temperature of the machine down to 0.5 degrees. 


The back of the OPPO A7 is quite similar to the OPPO F9 with dual cameras. LED flash, OPPO logo and fingerprint sensor. However, the diamond details were replaced by the vertical lines on the A7.


Powering the OPPO A7 is the Snapdragon 450 processor and Adreno 506 GPU. When sold, the device will run on Android Oreo 8.1, Color Os 5.2 interface and 4230mAh battery. The new Color OS interface will provide a smarter and more efficient experience. Both the Smart Bar and Music on Display feature provide richer multi-tasking experience. 


The A7 features a self-contained 16 megapixel self-test camera with artificial intelligence (AI) and blur effects. Meanwhile, the main camera parameters of the machine has not been disclosed. Previously leaked information showed that the main camera of the machine will have a resolution of 13MP + 2MP support for shooting deleted fonts and also integrated AI. 

Currently, the price and date of this device's shelves have not been disclosed.
