Samsung uses a hinge mechanism developed by a South Korean company to ensure that when folding the device there is a small gap between the two screens to prevent any possible damage. This hinge also allows users to fold the main screen of the device in many different angles for the purpose of use. Samsung Display, which manages the production of screen panels for Flex, will launch initial production plans with a capacity of 100,000 units per month - equivalent to around 500,000 to 1 million units in 1 year. year. Samsung will certainly be the first major manufacturer to launch a folding smartphone model so many have speculated that it will produce a fairly limited number of first-generation smartphones.
