Samsung unveiled a folding smartphone

This week, Royole, a manufacturer of displays, introduced the world's first folding smartphone, called the FlexPai, which comes pre-loaded with the Android Pie operating system. Some videos on Youtube say the FlexPai is slow but clearly this is the first commercial smartphone with folding screen. So after a year, Samsung unveiled a folding smartphone, a brand new, less-than-famous brand that has "flopped on".

Not only the folding screen but Samsung also lost in the race to become a company with integrated fingerprint sensor below the screen, but is this a concern?
 SAMSUNG IS NOT THE FIRST

Samsung's mobile division has shared that it does not want to be the first. They want to focus on quality than quantity. Maybe some Samsung fans will be unhappy about this. Samsung has long been known for its pioneers, but recently they have been criticized for being "slow" while rivals from China are constantly pushing for new features and technologies.

Despite the "babbling" about a folding screen smartphone from Samsung in CES 2013 but remained an obscure company China "beat".

Remember the Galaxy Round and then the Galaxy Edge? Both smartphones have the first "special" features, before the commercial products of other manufacturers, the Galaxy Round as a test of Samsung in the market, to the Galaxy Note, the company has More serious then to the edge of the next great.

Galaxy Round - one of the aircraft marks of Samsung's breakthrough in display technology.

However, in the days when many manufacturers are constantly launching new features, Samsung, now a "big tree" in the smartphone market, need not run the new, more risky and can affect his reputation. This also applies to Apple, the first iPhone, Apple has always been a pioneer, but in recent years the company has mostly improved and focused on quality, rarely lead in the calculation. New design.

And maybe we have come to understand the problem. Samsung needs quality and this takes more time. Software innovation slows down as well. Bixby, for instance, is apparently quite "hot" when it comes out last year but it can continue to grow year after year. However, the hardware changes are still ongoing, especially now that almost all smartphones have the same characteristics.

Samsung needs more time to a technology that can most complete before reaching consumers.

Samsung takes a long time to develop a proper user interface for the fold-out phone before delivering it to consumers, although in terms of "pioneering", Samsung is at risk of being left behind. Clearly the company wants to "master the game" rather than go ahead and fail. Do you want to see a folding Galaxy "hap" like FlexPai just released? Definitely not.
